The regional medical coordination section works as a point of contact for providing high-quality medical care and contributing to local medical care by coordinating with doctors at local medical institution , welfare-related businesses , and various local organizations.
Various consultation services
The regional medical coordination section has nurses and social workers who provide consultation on the various concerns faced by patients and their families.
They consult with patients to think about the issues they are facing including the following:
● Local home services information
● Receiving nursing care at home after being discharged from the hospital
● Systems to use after a chronic illness
● Worries and issues during hospital stays
